The sleeve or cuff is made of premium high performance Hi Viz materials.
The Sleeve slips over one end of the lead and you then can place were you would like and then to stop it moving there is the hook and loop aka Velcro at each end of the sleeve to hold it in place, no sewing required
Yellow is the perfect coulor for warning sleeve people associated it with the international yellow ribbon which means warning with dogs :)

This type of coat conforms better to the body’s shape than other, stiffer materials and, therefore, provides a much smoother fit, which often means that even dogs, who don’t normally like wearing a rug, will more easily adapt.
